Ventris Trail's End Resort has opened a brand new restaurant! Not only is the building of majestic beauty, it was designed and engineered to cater to the comforts of our guests. On a beautiful day, you might want to sit on the front porch, and sip a tea. Should you not be able to get around very well, you can drive right up to the porch. We are handicap accessible!

We offer two different styles of dining. We have the "Grand Dining Room", where you can have a little more formal atmosphere, music on special evenings, and delicious family style dinners. Or, ......

We had a wonderful time talking to Russ Bailey (Host of the Midwest Crappie Show ) and his camera man. It was a great honor to have him stay at our resort while they fished with Jason Piper, a local fishing guide. They caught a mess of crappie, and will be back!

We also have various boats to rent. You can rent paddle boats, pontoon boats, and even a bass boat!

Sometimes nature gives us a surprise. One year we had to raise a little fawn. Her mother died during the delivery, and we found her fawn right by the gate entrance to the resort. We called her Little Flag and raised her to be a beautiful doe. She would come and visit us once in a while, and loved to eat apple slices. She slowly reverted back to wild, but once in a while a doe will come right up to the cabins. We always wonder if it's her.

We have a very nice play ground set up in the middle of the resort. There are all different size swings (even swings big enough for adults), merry-go-round, slides etc. for the little ones!

Beaver lake offers a wide variety of fishing! You can catch crappie, walleye, black bass, all different kinds of perch, and of course catfish right from our docks. You can also hire fishing guides, who will pick you right up at our docks for your convenience.

This is a picture of Beaver Lake just before you get to the entrance of Trail's End road. Sometimes Bald Eagles will roost right on this very tree over looking the lake. Yes, it's one beautiful lake! And the water is noted to be one of the clearest in the tri-state region. Many scuba diving groups come here every year to enjoy the clarity of the water.

As one of the only resorts that is open year around, you might want to get "snowed in" a beautiful log cabin with a fireplace. It can be a most relaxing and romantic time in your life.

This picture was taken from our first boat dock. You can see this event almost every morning! It still awes me!

Spring time in the Ozarks not only brings great fishing, but beautiful color as well! You will see many flowering red buds, dogwoods, wild pear, and many other varieties of flowering trees spreading color through out the forest.

Ventris Trail's End Resort is proud of its boat docks. We have 24 slips available, with twenty of them being covered, lighted, and having electrical power for your convenience. We also have a fish cleaning station at the end of our 20 stall dock so you can clean, and fillet your fish!
Six of our stalls are reserved for persons to come by boat and dine at our restaurant!

Should you have a person that is not able to get around very well because they have a disability, we have golf carts that you can rent!

One of the greatest features of our brand new restaurant is its beautiful weather vane! Designed, crafted, and pounded out of flat copper metal, Roger Gust, (good friend and neighbor who owns Lakeside Ornamental), created this magnificent work of art! And out of great friendship donated the weather vane to our cause, of creating a landmark structure, in Northwest Arkansas.
